To give customers a chance to try before you consider buying 100ml bottle sizes or bigger with some brands we stock, we now have all the facilities to decant our existing range of inspired fragrances and all of our designer niche fragrances into 5ml atomisers.
We are going to make these initially available as two x 5ml atomisers, including tracked postage for just £10.00.
We have also pledged that with orders through our site over £50.00 we will provide 3 x 5ml atomisers with your chosen scents, free of charge, worth the value of £15.00.
We feel it will allow people that wish to experience other fragrances or expand their knowledge of how the scents work on their own skin much better than trying to justify buying in a full bottle.
We also know that many people would never consider buying "blind" and this option means that every fragrance we stock will be accessible to be tested ahead of a potential purchase.
We use a very well known review website, Fragrantica which has hundreds of reviews for all the types of products we sell, and all the actual designer fragrances, so you can search your scent notes, you may own some originals and wish to see how these inspired fragrances compare.
As the site is run by a fragrance collector for people who love to wear scents, or buy them for others, it's important that all obvious barriers are removed where possible to get people to expand their knowledge and understand some of the incredible attention that new and existing fragrances command.

Choose Your Own Scent 2 x 5ml Atomiser
Your Scent will ship your order in new, plain cardboard box, with professional printed labels, ID8000 (contents disclaimer).
All orders are processed and shipped same day when ordered before 4.00pm weekdays, Monday through to Friday.
We ship on Saturdays before 11.00am and then no further post can be handed over until Monday morning.
We prefer to ship with Royal Mail on two services, Track 48 which is a 3 - 5 day service, this is the entry level, free of charge courier service.
For a faster shipping, Royal Mail Track 24 is advertised as a 1 - 2 day service, this will be quicker than Track 48, but as we explain, if this is purchased after 11.00am on a Saturday, it will not be handed over until the following Monday.
At Your Scent, we aim to provide as much pre purchase information, that buying blind shouldnt be a huge risk.
In terms of returns and refunds, we are unable to refund any items that have been opened and the outer sealed plastic wrapping.
In the UK, consumer rights for online purchases (distance sales) are governed primarily by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (which implement the EU distance selling rules, retained post-Brexit).
For a change-of-mind return (i.e., the fragrance simply doesn't suit the buyer, rather than being faulty, not as described, or unsatisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), the customer has a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day they receive the goods.
They must inform the seller within those 14 days that they wish to cancel, and then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Key points regarding opened and used fragrances:
Perfumes and fragrances fall under the category of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery (as per Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations).
If the product has been opened (e.g., the seal broken) or used (sprayed/tested beyond what's strictly necessary to inspect it), the seller can legally refuse a full refund or reject the return entirely for change-of-mind reasons.
